Early life:
Her mother brought her to HK when she was fifteen, and found that her father, was not as rich as they thought…

A decade ago, many Mainland people thought HK was a place easy to get rich, and HK men are all rich, they pretended they were when they visited Mainland China, buy a lot of stuff, spend a lot of cash to go after the Chinese women, some of these men were married in Hong Kong.

When their wives are getting old and nag, they went to China enjoying the life they don’t have or lose in Hong Kong.

But Chinese girls are not stupid, when the relationships are getting stable, they tried everything to get the HK ID card by marrying Hong Kong guys they had affair with and getting pregnant, as the child was a child of a HK resident, they get HK IDs…

However, when they have become a HK resident, the dream killed by the reality, most HK men are freak vultures, Anna was one of the victims, his father was living in a 120 sq ft supplementary housing apartment, unemployed, and still living with his wife, the one who authorized by the law as his family.

Strong minded but simple
She has been living alone without any support from family since sixteen. No matter what she faces, she handles it herself.

You might think “Strong mind Big thoughts”, but Anna just wished to have a day completely honest to her mother, like a job doesn’t need to hide from mothers.

Clear minded but no plans
Being trained by her rough childhood, she has no hope for love from men. (I think “NO” is impossible as we are human, I’ll take that “desires less than normal people”…)

She always wants to earn a living by herself, financial freedom, no support from men, very clear. But she has no plans, like saving plans, educational plans…. She always wants to change her job, but didn’t plan for such amendment…
